North Carolina

NC retail liquor prices are uniform statewide (GS 18B-804). The Commission publishes a quarterly price list effective February, May, August and November. Sales run through local ABC boards.

How allocation works

Allocated bottles are distributed to local ABC boards, and each board decides how to sell them (lotteries, raffles, drops, or other methods). Rules differ county to county.
